Patrick's background in economics, corporate finance, and quantitative analysis provide him with the ability to understand and evaluate complicated business decisions encountered by Studley clients, recommend a strategy to address them and execute it in a timely manner. Patrick joined Studley's San Francisco office as a market and financial analyst after graduating from Emory University with a Bachelor of Science in economics and Spanish. He then moved to the Philadelphia office in 2003 as an associate. He is actively continuing his education in corporate finance and real estate as a candidate for his MBA at the Wharton School. Patrick utilizes his skill sets to build highly functional financial analyses for his clients, to which he provides consulting and advisory real estate services. Patrick has also been pivotal in recruiting the next generation of Studley talent by presenting the firm's unique platform to students at top universities around the northeast. Patrick dedicates time to several philanthropic organizations. He is on the board of the Philadelphia Civil War Museum, Curtain Call Productions, and has been recognized for his volunteer work with Philadelphia Futures, Best Buddies of America, and the MDA Society. Patrick is also a former chair of the Emory Young Alumni Association. An active participant in several leadership forums, Patrick recently attended both the Wharton School's Leadership Development Camp and the Wharton School Himalayan Leadership Trek. Patrick received a Bachelor of Science in economics and Spanish from Emory University and is currently a MBA Candidate with a major in Finance and Real Estate in the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
