Arixa Capital is a real estate investment management firm based in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 2006, the Company specializes in managing co-mingled discretionary investment funds that originate loans secured by real estate.
Specifically, Arixa makes loans to developers who purchase, renovate, and resell homes in popular California markets such as Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Arixa also operates a fund that purchases, renovates, and rents single family homes in California, Indiana, and New Mexico.
The Company measures its success by the consistency of its track record and ability to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for its investors, which include high net worth individuals and families, registered investment advisors, and selected institutional investors and endowments.
In March 2010, Arixa Capital Advisors, LLC launched an investment fund specifically to provide debt financing to California investors who purchase homes from banks or in foreclosure sales and renovate them for resale. In February 2012, we launched a second fund to provide joint-venture equity to experienced operators who are building portfolios of rented homes.
Arixa Fund III was launched in January 2014 and provides secured, first lien loans to experienced residential developers who are purchasing mid-range and high-end homes in major urban markets and renovating them for resale. On a limited basis, the fund may provide the junior financing on renovation projects, or senior financing on ground-up single family home developments. Construction loans in similar markets may be made to these investors. Similar to Arixa Fund I, These loans provide investors with a steady stream of income from interest payments while borrowers are able to access working capital for their profitable projects.
