Gregory W. Schultz of Pacific Palisades has joined First American Title Company of Los Angeles as vice president-major projects/national accounts. This is a new position in FATCOLA, which formed a national accounts department within the last year to work within the National Accounts Division of its parent company, First American Title Insurance Company, headquartered in Santa Ana, California.
Schultz has over 20 years of experience in the Los Angeles County real estate market primarily working for commercial developers. He was most recently a senior vice president and regional manager with The Staubach Company in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he spent 11 years with Metropolitan Structures West, Inc., where he served as senior vice president and was responsible for the coordination of all activities at California Plaza.
Schultz received a bachelors degree in business administration and a masters degree in real estate finance from the University of Southern California. He is a member of numerous real estate-related and charitable organizations. He was honored by the Boy Scouts of America in 1993 as the "Distinguished Good Scout of the Year."
