Christi Craddick is in the forefront of the newest wave of pragmatic conservatives moving into leadership roles across Texas. Raised in a strong conservative household, retained as legal counsel by prominent Texas firms, and shaped by more than a decade as a trusted political adviser, Christi has set a clear standard of integrity, self-reliance and innovation in her role as Commissioner at the Railroad Commission of Texas. Since her tenure on the Commission began in November 2012, Craddick has pushed to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of an energy industry that is driving the state’s unparalleled economic success. In the process, she has repeatedly proven that sensible regulations, careful listening and plain talk can foster innovation that has solidified Texas leadership in the energy sector. Making it a top priority, Christi has worked to educate the public about the oil and gas industry and its impact in Texas. She has fought against Washington’s one-size-fits-all environmental policies that would kill jobs and stifle energy production growth. Christi has advocated for recycling in the oilfields, helping to drive the percentage of reclaimed water upwards, an essential achievement in a state enduring a multi-year drought. Jamil Alam Managing Principal Endeavor Real Estate Group
Jamil Alam is a Principal of Corporate Advisory Services. He brings over 17 years of experience in structuring creative and timely real estate solutions to his customers. During this period, he has completed over 400 transactions in 35 cities throughout the U.S., valued in excess of $650M. Mark Cantrell President Cantrell McCulloch
In January 2001, Mark Cantrell, Tim Cantrell, and Bobby McCulloch founded Cantrell McCulloch, Inc. (CMI). Mark is involved in the day-to-day operations of CMI and is in charge of business development, including directing the sales staff, developing marketing materials, implementing marketing strategy, and some direct sales. Josh Delk Associate Vice President Transwestern
Josh joined Transwestern in 2006. Josh is an associate vice president and project manager for the Central Texas Development Services group, which has developed over 5 million square feet of office and industrial projects in Austin, San Antonio and Houston. In addition to his role as a principal developer for the Central Texas Region, Josh acts as an acquisitions officer for Transwestern Sponsorship Equity Partners (TSEP), a value-add investment fund focused on acquiring office, industrial and retail projects in Central Texas and the Western region of the U.S. He was a key contributor in the recapitalization of a 140,000 square foot office project in San Antonio as well as the acquisition and related disposition of a 270,000 square foot Class A office project in Round Rock, Texas, both of which were performed on behalf of the fund in 2011. John Latham Chief Investment Officer PPA Group

Mac Pike President The Sutton Company
Herbert McDowell Pike, Jr. (Mac) is currently chairman and co-owner of The Sutton Company, an Austin based real estate development and investment company. Mr. Pike has primarily been involved in all aspects of the development process, from the acquisition of a property to the construction and sale of the project. Jon Siegel is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of RailField Partners. Prior to forming RailField, Jon was a founding partner of J.S. Watkins Partners, an advisory firm that has advised clients on over $22 billion of multifamily transactions. Clients included a number of large financial institutions and other prominent industry players. The firm was also retained by HUD as its exclusive Loan Sale Advisor for all of its multifamily loan sales. Prior to forming J.S. Watkins Partners, he was Director of Structured Transactions in Fannie Mae’s Multifamily group with responsibility for identifying, structuring, negotiating and closing large scale transactions with many of the nation’s largest lenders and property owners. Ari is an attorney and a real estate entrepreneur dedicated to building wealth for his clients. Peter Pillman Director IBI Group
Peter holds degrees in both Environmental Studies and Architecture. He has more than 20 years of widespread experience in master planning and urban design projects. Peter has been responsible for numerous mixed-use development, institutional, residential, hotel, and resort design projects. As a director, Peter provides leadership and administration as part of the USA West region, focusing on Utah, Texas, and Colorado. In addition to this role, he continues to work on a variety of projects and provides quality assurance and quality control for many of the firm’s architecture projects. He is very comfortable working in the multi-disciplined environment of land-use planning and transit planning, producing master plans based on the key principles of Transit-Oriented Development. Peter also understands the importance of branding and he routinely participates in the development of branding, marketing, and communications strategies for our clients and their projects.
John Sebree VP/National Director – NMHG Marcus & Millichap
John Sebree is the national director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group (NMHG). He is based in the Midwest, working from the firm’s Chicago and Indianapolis offices. Mr. Sebree’s extensive background as a major multifamily specialist spans more than 20 years, 17 of which were as a Marcus & Millichap agent. Most recently, Mr. Sebree was a managing director for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, where he brokered major multifamily properties throughout the Midwest. Prior to this position, Mr. Sebree was an agent with Marcus & Millichap. During his tenure as an agent, he developed a strong brokerage practice in Chicago, opened the Indianapolis office and earned numerous plaque awards, eight National Achievement Award qualifications, and Top 20 and Chairman's Club designations. Mr. Sebree assumed his current position in 2011.

Sincejoining Capmark in November of 2005, Mr. Smith has originated in excess of $4billion in debt financing and equity placement for commercial properties acrossthe United States. Mr. Smith was previously a Director in theHouston office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (“HFF”) where he began hiscarrier in commercial mortgage banking in March of 1998, and originated over $500million in commercial real estate financings. Prior to his tenure with HFF, Mr. Smith was an investment advisor withFidelity Investments where he obtained his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Mr.Smith is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science inEconomics. Abe Bhimani is currently the Senior Vice President/Chief Investment Officer and Founding Partner of Mosaic Residential, Inc. Abe has been involved in more than $1.5 Billion worth of real estate transactions throughout his twenty year career. Currently, Mosaic manages roughly 9,000 units all within Texas. Almost every property Mosaic has owned or managed, if not all, has been through some form of value-add renovation. In addition, 90% of its properties are within the C to B+ class spectrum prior to renovation. Abe holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, a MS in Land & Real Estate Development and a MS in Construction Management, both from Texas A&M University.

Paul Stell is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Stellar Development Company. Paul graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Finance and attended Harvard University for post-graduate studies in Real Estate Development. Paul, along with Steve Hurt, started the company in 1989. Initially Paul focused on acquisitions. He later created the Property Management and Asset Management divisions of the company. Currently, Paul focuses on Strategic Planning, Investment Policy, Acquisitions, Development and Redevelopment activities for the company. Mr. Stell has been a member of numerous civic organizations and involved in many charitable initiatives such as the Covenant Children’s Hospital, the Covenant Foundation, the Lubbock Children’s Home Foundation and the Texas Boy’s Ranch Foundation. He has also served on several boards such as PlainsCapital Bank, Whisperwood National Bank. the Lubbock Apartment Association, the Texas Apartment Association, the Lubbock Citizen’s Advisory Committee and the Trinity Christian School Board.
