David is also responsible for oversight of Clarion Partners’ Investment Research Group. He joined Clarion in 2007 and began working in the real estate industry in 1983. David is a member and past board member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Urban Land Institute. Kent Swig is a President of Swig Equities, LLC, an investment and development company dealing with the purchase and development of real estate in New York City and California. Mark H Wilsmann Managing Director Real Estate Investments Met Life
Mark Wilsmann is Managing Director and Head of Equity Investments for MetLife Real Estate Investors. Named to this role in 2012 in conjunction with MetLife’s launch of its institutional investment management business, Wilsmann is responsible for leading MetLife’s $18 billion direct property investment platform, including overseeing portfolio management, acquisitions and asset management activities across eight domestic and two international regional offices, actively participating in investor outreach activities, and chairing the real estate investment committee. His team recently established MetLife’s new flagship open-ended fund, the MetLife Core Property Fund, as well as core/core-plus managed accounts geared toward public and private pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and insurance companies. Between 2003 and 2012, Wilsmann led MetLife’s commercial mortgage lending business, directing product design, pricing, and origination activities and chairing the investment commitee. Under his leadership, MetLife became recognized as the top life company portfolio lender, generating annual volume of $8-$11 billion. Over his 24-year career with MetLife, Wilsmann held roles in asset management, acquisitions, loan production, portfolio management, field operations, and mergers’ integration. He served on the board of directors of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the leadership of the Commercial Mortgage Board of Governors of the MBA. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, where he is active in ULI council leadership, and is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, and the Capital Markets Committee of the Real Estate Roundtable. Lauren Hochfelder Silverman is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Co-Head of U.S. Acquisitions for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. Lauren joined Morgan Stanley Real Estate in 2000 and has focused primarily on investing in the Americas since then. She has sourced, underwritten, structured, executed and overseen principal investments across all real estate asset classes, return parameters and capital structures. She has also been involved in a number of corporate M&A transactions involving both public and private companies. Lauren has been involved in the investment by MSREI in over $3 billion of commercial and residential properties in New York City. Recognized as one of the most prominent women in New York City's real estate industry, Leslie Wohlman Himmel has been Co-Managing Partner of Himmel + Meringoff Properties since she formed the company with Stephen Meringoff in 1985. Since that time, she has become one of New York's most active Owners having accumulated a substantial portfolio of commercial real estate holdings valued in excess of $500 Million. Focused on the acquisition and financing of properties that are suitable for strategic repositioning, she specializes in identifying, evaluating, negotiating and closing opportunistic purchases. Over the course of her three-decade career, she has been instrumental in the acquisition and financing of over 45 commercial properties in transactions well in excess of $1.5 Billion. In 2011 Ms. Himmel received REBNY's Mendik Lifetime Leadership in Real Estate Award for exceptional accomplishment and dedication to leadership in New York real estate. A member of REBNY's Board of Governors since 2001, she continues to serve as Assistant Treasurer of the Executive Committee and co-chairs REBNY's Economic Development committee which she founded in 1992. Ms. Himmel was elected to the Boards of the Harvard Business School Alumni Club of New York, the Trustees Council of Penn Women (University of Pennsylvania), and the Wharton School Zell Lurie Real Estate Center, and is a member of the World Presidents' Organization Big Apple Chapter. She is a member of the Harvard Business School Real Estate Alumni Association and the Urban Land Institute (Urban Development/Mixed Use Council). Matthew R. Holberton, is a senior manager at AXA Real Estate. Mr. Holberton joined AXA Real Estate in September 2014 and is responsible for marketing, capital raising and investor relations in the U.S. Prior to joining AXA Real Estate, Matt was with Ares Management LLC, which acquired AREA Property Partners in 2013. During his 15 years of experience within the real estate industry, Matt has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at St. Charles Town Company, a U.S. based development and property management firm, and Managing Director at Black Creek Capital, a real estate private equity firm operating in the U.S. and Mexico. Mr. Holberton earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia Business School and his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bucknell University.
Claiborne Johnston Managing Director Invesco Real Estate
Mr. Johnston is a Senior Director and Client Portfolio Manager with Invesco Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager with approximately $52 billion in assets under management. Mr. Johnston is responsible for real estate investment activities, portfolio management, business development and client coverage globally. Mr. Johnston is a member of the firm’s structured investment group operating committee and the management committee’s for the firm’s US core and value add strategies. Prior to joining Invesco Real Estate, Mr. Johnston was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for the coverage of real estate private equity sponsors, private capital formation and the coverage of global capital sources for a variety of real estate investment banking and investment management activities. Mr. Johnston has a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from James Madison University. Jason Eisenberg is a Principal in the Real Estate Private Equity Group of Apollo Global Management, LLC. Mr. Eisenberg is primarily responsible for sourcing, structuring and execution of U.S. acquisitions across multiple property types. Prior to joining Apollo in 2009, Mr. Eisenberg was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners where he participated in the acquisition and financing of numerous single property investments as well as several corporate and portfolio transactions on behalf of the firm’s real estate opportunity funds. Billy Butcher (New York) joined KKR in 2004 and is a member of the real estate team. Joanna Mulford Managing Director Prudential Real Estate Investors
Joanna Mulford is a managing director at Prudential Real Estate Investors and the portfolio manager & chief financial officer for PREI’s flagship U.S. core equity real estate fund. She is involved in all aspects of managing the fund including portfolio strategy, making investment decisions and management of the team. As chief financial officer, she has primary responsibility for developing and executing the fund’s capital strategy and oversight of financial operations and tax structuring. Previously, Joanna was responsible for PREI’s U.S. real estate investment sales. During her tenure at PREI, Joanna has also served as the portfolio manager of several closed-end funds, including a value-add strategy, and helped launch PREI’s debt investment platform. She was also responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate investments across property types. Before joining PREI, Joanna was a member of Prudential Financial’s Private Equity group, and prior to this, was a member of the Comptrollers unit of the Prudential Asset Management Company.

Spencer Garfield is a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group LLC in the Credit and Real Estate business. Mr. Garfield is responsible for real estate debt originations and acquisitions, equity investing and forming strategic relationships with real estate related companies. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Garfield spent 12 years with Hudson Realty Capital LLC as a Managing Director responsible for loan originations, equity investments, business development and building and maintaining real estate industry relations. Marc L. Davidson is a Managing Director of AEW and Portfolio Manager for the AEW Partners Funds, overseeing portfolios with an aggregate value of approximately $1.2 billion. He is responsible for evaluating and negotiating new investment opportunities and for managing the execution of the business plan for each investment asset. Mr. Davidson is also a member of AEWs Investment Committee and Risk Management Committee. The AEW Partners Funds are a series of real estate opportunity funds targeted toward investors who seek to achieve high risk-adjusted returns. John W. Randall joined PCCP in December 2009 and focuses on East Coast debt and equity originations particularly in the Mid-Atlantic area. Sean Bannon Managing Director, Head of U.S. Real Estate Zurich NA
Sean Bannon has over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate investment industry in the United States. He has held various positions leading, managing and executing real estate businesses for units with which he has worked. He is currently responsible for Zurich’s US Real Estate businesses, and is based in New York, where he serves as a voting member on the Investment Committee of Zurich Alternative Asset Management, LLC, the firm’s alternative investment platform dedicated to Hedge Fund, Private Equity and US Real Estate investment. Mr. Bannon joined Zurich in 1997 to help launch the firm’s US direct acquisition platform using various forms of insurance and reinsurance products. From 1997 to 2003 Mr. Bannon acquired nearly $2 billion of office, retail and industrial assets throughout the US, focusing primarily on credit tenanted assets. In 2004 he helped launch the US real estate private equity fund of funds program. From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Bannon invested nearly $1 billion in over 40 real estate private equity funds. In 2010 and 2011, Mr. Bannon, in addition to working out of several legacy real estate matters, authored the firm’s new core direct real estate investment strategy, which focuses on office, multifamily, retail and industrial asset types in thirteen major US real estate markets. Mr. Bannon currently runs that acquisition strategy, which has now invested over $500 million of new capital in the past 24 months, along with the disposition of non-core assets and all workout and restructuring activity. Current real estate AUM exceeds $2.2 billion. Prior to joining Zurich, Mr Bannon was with Lehman Brothers, where he worked out and restructured real estate limited partnerships syndicated by that firm. Before joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Bannon was with the Real Estate Services Group of Arthur Andersen, and was responsible for providing audit and consulting services to several real estate investment firms. Mr. Munder is a Principal and serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Sterling Organization and its related companies. Mr. Munder's responsibilities include sourcing and aligning equity partners for appropriate investment opportunities and raising institutional capital for Sterling's closed-end discretionary funds. Additionally, he oversees investor relation matters for the company as they relate to both Sterling’s funds and both long-standing and newer investment partners. Michael is the Director of Investment for Vanke Holdings USA LLC. Prior to joining Vanke, Michael worked on the acquisitions teams of Lane Capital Partners and Madison Capital originating, analyzing and executing core plus, value add and opportunistic real estate investments, distressed loan acquisitions and commercial joint ventures in major US markets across all property types. Previously, Michael served as an acquisitions officer at DTZ Real Estate Investors and a loan originator at Eurohypo AG after beginning his career on Wall Street at Bear, Stearns & Co. and BlackRock, Inc. Michael holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School.
Tim Wang Director Clarion Partners
Tim Wang, equity owner and Director, is the Head of Investment Research at Clarion Partners. Tim leads the group in supporting the development of firm-wide and business unit-specific investment strategy, and advising on portfolio strategy utilizing proprietary analytics and econometric forecasting. Additionally, he is responsible for macroeconomic analysis, market forecasting, and research support for capital raising and client services. He joined the firm in 2006 and is a member of Clarion Partners’ Investment Committee. A founder of The Praedium Group, Mr. Appel has been building the Company since 1991 and has overseen all aspects of The Praedium Group's activities, including its strategy and its investment policy. Dan Hartman Managing Director Terra Capital Partners
Dan Hartman has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience investing throughout the capital stack. At Terra Capital Partners, Mr. Hartman is a Managing Director responsible for transaction origination. His most recent previous positions were at Ares Management, a successor to Wrightwood Capital, a position he held for nine years investing debt and equity. He has also held positions at GE Capital Corp, Daimler Chrysler Capital Services, ORIX USA and Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Hartman is a graduate of Cornell University, Fordham Graduate School of Business and New York University Real Estate Institute.

Mr. Neveloff represents numerous nationally recognized parties in the development, operation and financing of real estate projects,institutional and private equity funds and other investors in the acquisition and sale of property (including portfolios of properties), and joint ventures involving a broad variety of assets, as well as majorinternational funds and financial institutions, in commercial lending transactions, loan restructurings and workouts. Mr. Neveloff has represented developers of numerous super luxury and mixed-use, commercial, retail and residential projects, including CIM in 432 Park Avenue, The Witkoff Group in 150 Charles Street and 10 Madison Square West, and Related-Apollo in Time Warner Center, as well as numerous regional and local shopping centers, and other commercial projects throughout the country. Mr. Neveloff has also represented Donald Trump and The Trump Organization for more than 25 years in innumerable real estate matters. Mr. Neveloff has represented Starwood Hotels in the sale of several hotels including the Sheraton Manhattan as well as the retail portion of the St. Regis Hotel in Manhattan; CIM in the acquisition of numerous properties, including 200 Lafayette Street, 2 Rector Street and 5 Hanover Square; Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers in the sale of the main hospital campus; New York Life Insurance Company in the sale of Manhattan House, a residential complex comprising an entire block on the upper east side of Manhattan; the Ponte family in numerous lower Manhattan transactions, the owners of Starrett City, the largest federally subsidized housing complex in the United States, in a major capital transaction; and the owners in the sale of a major casino hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Neveloff regularly assists clients actively involved in numerous hotel transactions, including the acquisition and development of hotels, and loan restructurings relating to numerous hotels. Mr. Neveloff recently led a multi-disciplinary team in representing Del Monte Pacific in the $1.68 billion acquisition of Del Monte Foods. Mr. Neveloff received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Brooklyn College and was elected as a member of the American Law Institute, American College of Real Estate Lawyers (of which he is a member of the Board of Governors) and American College of Mortgage Attorneys. David Eyzenberg is a Principal in the New York office, where he raises capital and provides investment advisory and consulting services to Avison Young’s CRE clients worldwide. Mr. Eyzenberg’s focus in on entity and asset recapitalizations, financing debt and property acquisitions, as well as advising Canadian and domestic institutions on deploying capital into structured ground lease opportunities. Complementing his professional endeavors, Mr. Eyzenberg teaches graduate real estate finance studies in New York University’s Masters of Science in Real Estate program. Mr. Eyzenberg previously served as Managing Director and head of commercial real estate for NewOak Capital, a New York-based financial advisory firm. There, Mr. Eyzenberg completed multiple property financing and CMBS/CRE CDO valuation assignments. Jeffrey Adler is vice president, Yardi® Matrix, with data provided by Pierce-Eislen, which offers the industry’s most comprehensive apartment market intelligence for properties 50 units or larger. Adler also is the publisher of industry market intelligence and content providers Multi-Housing News and Commercial Property Executive. Yardi Matrix is a U.S. multifamily asset support toolset for originating and underwriting investment transactions. Matrix also provides market and institutional research leveraging underlying property-level detail of 80 U.S. markets, 57,000 properties and more than 11 million units. Matrix will cover 100 markets by 2Q15. From 2002-2009 Adler was chief property operations officer at AIMCO, overseeing luxury, value-add, student, military, senior, office/retail mixed use, and affordable housing properties valued at $4 billion. He co-developed and co-founded AIMCO’s portfolio investment and capital markets strategies, and was a regular speaker and contributor to industry conferences and publications. In 2009 Adler formed a consulting firm and acted as CEO/COO for several sponsor and investor platforms in the student, military, senior, single-family and rental housing industries in the U.S. and Canada. He developed and executed investment strategy, asset management, private market equity and debt capital funding, and debt renegotiation transactions. From 1990 to 2000 Mr. Adler was a vice president at Progressive Insurance, developing the Progressive consumer brand, establishing the corporate marketing department, and driving a ten-fold increase in revenues. Adler began his career at Kidder, Peabody and Oppenheimer & Co. and Strategic Planning Associates, Inc, Adler grew up in the New York City area and holds a B.A. from Yale University (’84) and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (’88).
