The 2nd annual EisnerAmper Real Estate Private Equity Summit West brings together equity partners and operating partners to create an in-person marketplace for real estate investing, capital raising and deal making. The curated sessions address the major issues affecting the real estate private equity market today, and the networking allows capital sources and sponsors to meet and source deals and investment capital.

Over 400 real estate investors and operators are expected to participate at the second annual conference on April 27, 2016. This year’s event focuses on critical issues negatively impacting deal flow today, as well as specialty asset opportunities and foreign capital sources, at the start of what appears to be a global economic slowdown.

New to this year’s conference: We are including a new person-to-person event app for capital sources and capital users to connect at the conference for meetings. You’ll be able to view attendees in advance of the event and reach out to set meetings at or around the conference.

The Second Wave: How a New Breed of Innovation will Reshape the CRE Industry Over the Next 5 Years

It's been almost 20 years since technology first emerged as a force in Commercial Real Estate. Borne out of that era were Costar, Loopnet, Yardi, MRI, and Argus which formed the technological bedrock of our industry. The average age of these companies is 28 years and they have remained largely unchanged since. Consequently, our technology platforms have stagnated as the rest of the world has moved on.

But now a second wave of innovation is poised to fundamentally shift our day to day work experience in CRE. This change is being driven by a confluence of new technologies and a powerful demographic trends including mobile, cloud, and more beautiful, intuitive user experience. In this talk Jameson will share his vision for the technologies driving these trends, which areas of our industry will be impacted most dramatically, and how landlords and brokers can get ahead of the curve, rather than being left behind.
