Bob Henning Director Northwestern Mutual
Bob Henning is a Director for Northwestern Mutual Real Estate in charge of originating debt and equity investments in Texas across multifamily, industrial, office, and retail product types. Investment products include first lien stabilized mortgages, construction-to-permanent mortgages, and JV equity development and acquisition investments. He is responsible for servicing and appraising NM's existing real estate mortgage portfolio in Texas each year. Brad is a senior director and portfolio manager for Nuveen Real Estate's industrial sector portfolios. Brad previously served as regional head of the firm's southeastern asset management activities, responsible for approximately 25 million sq ft of industrial and office assets in the states of Florida, Texas, Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee and Washington, DC. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Brad leased and managed 7 million sq ft of office and industrial property in southern California for Davis Partners. He was also a leasing representative with Equity Office Properties Trust, leasing 2.5 million square feet of office properties in Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties in southern California. Brad graduated with a B.S. from the University of Southern California, and is on the Board of Virginia Tech's Program in Real Estate.

As President and CEO of Colvill Office Properties, Chip Colvill is responsible for directing leasing and marketing of a 16.1-million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office properties located in Houston, Texas. Mr. Colvill is an industry veteran in the real estate market with over 32 years of experience, having begun his career in 1984. Paul Massey was born in Boston, Massachusetts where he attended the Roxbury Latin School. He graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, in 1983. Mr. Massey began his career at CBRE and soon became head of the market research department in Midtown Manhattan, then as an investment sales broker. He founded Massey Knakal Realty Services together with his colleague Robert A. Knakal, whom he met at CBRE.
