Jesse Sharf is a partner in the Century City office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is Co-Chair of the firm's Real Estate Department, and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. His real estate practice experience includes extensive representation of all types of investors, lenders and developers. Mr. Lindsay is a founding partner and co-managing partner of PCCP. Mr. Lindsay is responsible for the investment and operation of PCCP’s equity investment vehicles. Prior to forming PCCP, Mr. Lindsay was Co-Head of the real estate department at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. From 1986 to 1987, Mr. Lindsay served as a law clerk to Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist on the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Lindsay received his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. Mr. Lindsay received his J.D. from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Center Theatre Group in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Peter Sotoloff is a Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Mack Real Estate Credit Strategies. He served as the Managing Director of Real Estate Debt Strategies at The Blackstone Group. Mr. Sotoloff served as Principal of Real Estate Group for New York at The Blackstone Group. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Sotoloff was a Principal at Tribeca Associates, an institutionally capitalized owner, operator and developer in New York City. Prior to that, Mr. Sotoloff oversaw U.S. financing, nonperforming loan acquisition and global currency and interest rate risk management strategies for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, a leading global opportunity fund with over $50B in assets under management. Mr. Traenkle is the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Colony NorthStar, Inc., having previously held the position of Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer for Colony Capital, Inc., the predecessor to Colony NorthStar. Mr. Traenkle is involved in many facets of Colony NorthStar, including business strategy, product development, global client relations, oversight of individual investment and divestment decisions, as well as portfolio construction and risk management.
